Alicia Jordan obtained her Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Administration from John Carroll University in August 2018. She is a Say Yes Success Coach at Cuyahoga Community College for the Say Yes Scholarship Program.
Alicia previously worked as a Community Connector Advisor in the Warrensville Heights School district through the College Now of Greater Cleveland, team. She was also an Advisor with the Upward Bound Team at Warrensville Heights High School and Shaw High School and as a College and Career Readiness Advisor at Cleveland Heights High School and Earl B. Turner Recreation Center.
Alicia is a product of the Mt. Pleasant community in the inner city of Cleveland. She was the first person in her family to attend and graduate from college. She has a lot of experience in community service and volunteering. When Alicia isn’t working, or volunteering she spends time with friends and family doing fun events. Alicia’s goal is to ensure scholars have a positive academic and co-curricular experience in various educational programs. She wants to be a beacon of hope to scholars’ lives and cheer them onwards to unlimited success.
