REALTOR® - Keller Williams Living

Drew will speak about the residential real estate market, the trends over the last few years and what may happen in 2025 and beyond

Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, Drew Gaebelein became a REALTOR in 2003. Following his childhood passion, he now has over 20 years’ experience in residential real estate. Drew became involved with his local Association of REALTORS around 2012, serving on various committees and task forces. 2016 proved to be a very successful year for Drew. He proudly served as chair of the
Akron Cleveland Realtors Young Professionals Network (YPN). That same year the YPN celebrated being named YPN of The Year for the State of Ohio. Also in 2016 Drew was named Young Professional of the year by the Akron Cleveland Association of Realtors and elected as a Director.

American Red Cross Blood Donor Day, March 27, 2025

The American Red Cross is experiencing an emergency blood shortage
  • The nation faces the lowest number of people giving blood in 20 years. Blood and platelet donations are needed now to help alleviate the shortage and ensure lifesaving medical procedures are not delayed.
  • Over the last 20 years, the number of people donating blood to the Red Cross has fallen by more than 40%.
  • Additional challenges lie ahead as winter weather and seasonal illnesses like the flu and COVID-19 may compound the dire blood supply situation the nation currently faces.
  • Blood products are currently going to hospitals faster than blood donations are coming in. In recent weeks, the Red Cross has had to limit distributions of some of the most transfused blood types to hospitals.
  • Make an appointment to give blood or platelets now by using the Red Cross Blood Donor App, visitingRedCrossBlood.org or calling 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767).
